MINNIE
I’m the social media strategist and event producer. As a Kansas City native, I know a thing or two about good food. After graduating from the University of Kansas, I followed my heart (and my stomach) to New Orleans.
My favorite part of the wedding process is seeing everything come together on the wedding day after months of planning. Undergrowth Coffee keeps me concentrated while the love my clients share for one another keeps me motivated.

CAROLINE A
I’m an event producer at Iris and Oak Events. Born and raised in New Orleans, I love to celebrate this beautiful city with our clients. I left for college at Ole Miss, but always knew I would come back home.
My favorite part of the planning process is looking back and taking in the event and all the planning that went into it at the end of the night.
When I’m not working weddings, you can find me eating at Ye Olde College Inn, baking, or traveling the world to see one of my favorite artists.
CAROLINE
I’m the owner and lead producer of Iris and Oak Events. I’m a small-town girl from Abbeville, Louisiana. After graduating from LSU, I moved to New Orleans and started my career in the event industry. I quickly fell in love with the city and after 8 short years, I can confirm that I never want to leave.
Planning events comes second nature to me. I consider myself a natural-born leader and take pride in being the person my couples rely on and trust to help plan their perfect wedding. I understand that my clients need a knowledgeable support system and I love being that for them.
When I’m not planning or working a wedding, you can find me attending one of the many festivals that New Orleans has to offer, eating at Tito's Ceviche & Pisco, or at the dog park with my Goldendoodle, Krewe.
